In the rare event that we ship the wrong item, we will make it right and send the correct product to you asap. Please notify us via email within 48 hours of delivery. We maintain internal photographic proof of every single order packed and shipped from our facility to verify all fulfillment claims. If an error is verified, the item must remain unopened, sealed, and in its original breeder packaging to be eligible for a correction swap. We will cover all shipping fees to get the correct product to your door.
